Month-of Coordination package

Do you want to ensure that the gorgeous wedding details you’ve planned all come together? Do you need a tailor-made timeline, floor plan, and to make sure you didn’t forget anything in those last few months before the big day? Do you want to have the best day of your life while someone else coordinates everything?
Sounds like you need the Month-of Coordination package (an enhanced version of what is sometimes referred to as a
“Day-of” Coordination package”)!

With the Best Wishes package, your Coordinator will provide you with incredible resources to help you continue planning your wedding. You’ll start meeting with your Coordinator four months out to bring everything together.

Then, one month before you say “I do,” your Coordinator will contact your venue and professional wedding vendors and work with them to ensure all your beautiful wedding details fit together perfectly. Lastly, catch them at your ceremony rehearsal and on your wedding day making sure everything is running smoothly so you and your loved ones can enjoy the day to the fullest!

Full Planning package

Now maybe you just got engaged, but you have no idea where to start! Maybe you and your partner are incredibly busy and are overwhelmed with scheduling vendor consultations, picking a floral design, and learning invitation etiquette. Maybe you have so many details you want to incorporate into your day you can’t possibly keep track of them all. Maybe you want to really enjoy your engagement and have a wedding expert help walk you through the planning process step by step. Then this full planning package is for you!

The Love Always package includes everything from the Sincerely Yours package along with Single Point of Contact from the beginning of the planning process, even more Client/Planner and Client/Planner/Vendor meetings, save-the-date and invitation design meetings, and an additional Assistant Coordinator on your wedding day.
